Cervical and Breast Cancer Screening
Ohio offers free or low-cost cervical and breast cancer screening services through the Ohio Breast and Cervical Cancer Project (BCCP). This program targets uninsured and underinsured women, especially those aged 21 to 64 for cervical cancer screenings and 40 to 64 for breast cancer screenings. BCCP provides services such as mammograms, Pap tests, and clinical breast exams. For those diagnosed through the program, it also helps with treatment options. Women can access these services at various health departments across the state.
